Emily Procter

 

Emily Mallory Procter (born October 8th in 1968) is an American actress and activist. She played Ainsley Hayes on the NBC political drama The West Wing (2000-2002; 2006) and Det. Calleigh Duquesne on the CBS police procedural drama CSI: Miami (2002-2012).



 



 Early life



 Procter was conceived on October 8th in 1968. She was adopted at an infant age by William Procter, a general practitioner, and Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker, and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was only three years of age when her parents divorced. Whit is her elder brother, and she is also an adopted child.



 



 Ravenscroft School was where Procter was educated in Raleigh. While at East Carolina University, she became a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and was employed as a TV weather anchor at WNCT-TV in Greenville, North Carolina, later graduating with degrees in journalism and dance.

Ayesha Takia was born in India on the 10th of April, 1986. Her main roles included Hindi films.
